Birchwood Christmas Fair - 2.12.22

Thank you for all the donations over the last few weeks, our stock cupboard is now very full and we are nearly ready for the fair. The last thing we are asking for, other than coming to the fair, is cakes! On the day of the fair (Friday 2nd December), please bring in cakes, cupcakes, biscuits, flapjacks, mince pies - all sweet treats welcome, homemade or shop bought.

We had so many lovely Jingle Jars in last week, the children really outdid themselves. Special congratulations to Redwood 4 who brought in a whopping 59 Jingle Jars. We will arrange a festive tea party for Redwood along with the class stall winners.

Raffle Tickets - Don’t forget to send back your raffle tickets next week.

Next Friday 25th November, can children please bring in a wrapped child's gift to the value of £1. Once wrapped, please clearly label the gift to say if it suitable for either boy, girl or unisex so it can go into the correct lucky dip at the fair. Alternatively, please send in £1, which will be collected with the gifts, and we will purchase and wrap a gift on your behalf. In return, as a thank you, on Friday 16th December only, children can wear non-school uniform, including their most festive Christmas jumper.

We also need help on the night! Could you help us by running a stall? All volunteers will be able to enter the fair 30 minutes before doors open to meet Santa and have a look round the stalls. If you can help in any way email tbps2619@welearn365.com or join us on Spond app using the following link - https://group.spond.com/DBDLW

Thank you for the donations and Jingle Jars this week, we will reveal the class that made the most Jingle Jars next week. If you do still have any bottles, chocolate or Christmas jumpers you would like to donate, we are happy to receive them next week.
