Support for helping children to sleep
 
One of the most common challenges for parents is getting children to sleep.
 
For children, a bedtime and sleep routine can be really helpful.  The Changing Lives team have produced a helpful leaflet with advice on sleep routines and what this may include.
 
They have also shared their 7 top tips for a good nights sleep including thinking about your sleep environment and the impact of blue light from electronic screens.
