Local Health Visiting & School nursing services have come together under a new name- Warwickshire Child & Family Wellbeing, provided by HCRG Care Group.
This new joined-up service supports children, young people & families from birth, through school, and up to the age of 19 (or 25 for those with special educational needs or disabilities).
The team include a range of health care professionals who can offer advice about:
- Feeding,
- Sleep,
- Child Development,
- Emotional wellbeing
- Healthy Life Styles
- Transitons to Schools
- Adolescence and more.
The team work within the community, in schools, family Hubs and visit homes. They work closely with GPs, Schools, Social care & community organisations to ensure families get the right support at the right time.
