Arbor is a digital school management platform and mobile app designed to help parents stay connected with their child's education. It acts a s a central hub where parents can view attendnace, book parents' evenings, manage meal or trip payments, and receive school messages. 

How to get started (New Parents).

To begin using Arbor, your child's school must first enable your access. Once they do, you can access the system on your computer or phone:

1. The Welcome email: Look for a welcome email from your child's school containing a unique login link.
2. Set a password: Click the link in the email to visit the Arbor Portal and create your password.
3. Get the App: After creating your account, search for the Arbor Parent App in the App Store or Google play Store. 
4. Log In: Open the app or web portal and log in using the email registered with your school and newly created password. 

Key features to explore.

Arbor provides a personalised Dashboard where you can see live information at a glance. Key features include:

1. Student Profile: View and update your child's personal and medical information, and check that emergency contact details are correct.
2. Attendance: Check live attendance and statistics.
3. Payments and bookings: Conveniently top up balances for school meals, pay for trips or clubs, and book time slots for parents' evenings. 
4. Communications: Receive instant in-app messages and notifications directly from the school staff.

If you are a parent for multiple children, you can easily switch between their profiles in the top-left corner of your dashboard or via the profile menu in the app.
